-Extend their ability to work before getting sore.

-Improve their traction on tough terrain.

-Shoes can also be an option to help a horse heal from a disease/injury or live comfortably with something they are born with.”

-Shoes are not necessary for every horse BUT can be a helpful and safe tool that if done correctly will provide more protection for a hardworking horse.

  • I try to keep all my clients within an Hour and a half from Newfoundland PA but will travel as far as 2 hours out.

  • I do not work on Drafts.

    I do work on Minis and Donkeys’.

    I also work on a variety of horse breeds such as Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, Arabians, and more.

  • Absolutely not. I understand the importance and utility that can come from shoes however I believe not all horses need Shoes and “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”

  • I do offer a variety of Glue on shoes for therapeutic reasons or if necessary otherwise.

  • Absolutely I do! I believe it is very important for the Veterinarian, Owner, and Farrier to all work together in order to provide the best care for your horse!
